Santioli builds high-performance finishing lines for metal sheet and coil, covering the full range of surface finishes from No. 3 through No. 7.
Overview
How it works.
One line handles brushing, scotch-brite, duplo, grinding, polishing and mirror finishing. Self-learning process control uses production history to advise the operator on the optimal sequence for a given finish, which shortens the setup on unfamiliar work.
Belt and roll changeover is automatic and takes two minutes at most, so the line can move between finishes without surrendering the shift. Components are specified in eco-sustainable materials, and the laminator integrates a laser cutting process.
